Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions focus on your personal goals, which are set together between you and your matched therapist. 

Research shows us time and time again that therapy works for a variety of problems you may face throughout your lifetime. However, this is not guaranteed, nor is it always easy. There are several factors that play into successful therapeutic outcomes.

 

At Calming Waters Counseling Services, we believe in the therapeutic relationship and have created a calming, soothing, and relaxing space for you to move through your healing process. We want you to leave our office feeling safe, comfortable, and truly seen.

Individual therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes long, often once per week or as often as you wish. Our individual sessions are for children, adolescents, and adults.
